6And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6

Faith is the key to bringing joy to the Lord and living a life that pleases Him. It means seeking Him, entrusting everything to Him, and obeying His commandments. Faith is believing that our Lord is the all-powerful Creator who loves us and desires to make us perfect and whole. When we do our part, we can trust that He will fulfill His promise of salvation. We strengthen our faith by choosing, moment by moment, to live in a way that obeys His commandments.

But faith is not always easy. Hardships come, and it often seems like others have an easier path. Yet, those who remain steadfast will ultimately receive God’s greatest reward—true joy, success, and peace, leading to eternal salvation. In difficult moments, we face a choice: to follow His commandments or to rely on worldly logic and succumb to our personal desires. Many turn away from faith out of fear—fear of loss, suffering, or uncertainty. But true faith means trusting God’s plan, even when obedience feels like sacrifice.

Faith draws us closer to the Lord by removing the barriers that separate us from Him. It calls us to let go of our old selves, habits, and desires that stand in opposition to His will. This transformation is not easy. It requires us to reject what the world says is good and important. But through this struggle, building our faith purifies us, shaping us to become more like Him.

At times, it may feel like we are losing ourselves, but in truth, we are gaining something far greater—a deeper connection with God and the true success found in His presence. When we persevere with a sincere desire to please Him, He strengthens us and leads us to victory. In the end, we receive His praise and the ultimate prize—eternal salvation.
